4. Data Sources, Model Output, and Accuracy Limits
WhyStockMove uses third-party data providers and AI-generated output. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. AI summaries may contain uncertainty or interpretation errors. You should independently verify material facts before acting.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse the service. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violations of law or these terms.
6. Billing, Subscription, and Cancellation
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Unless required by applicable law, charges are non-refundable once processed. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not retroactively refund elapsed service time.
7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
WhyStockMove is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhyStockMove and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses or lost profits arising from use of the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhyStockMove, its operators, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of WhyStockMove after an update means you accept the revised terms.
